Heartfulness Meditation - #3
Relax, Unwind and Destress. This five-week guided meditation course taught by Uma Mullapudi will help deepen your practice and understanding of the Heartfulness meditation. Week 3 will focus on learning to release and rejuvenate with a cleansing technique. Participants should wear comfortable clothing. No experience necessary and all abilities are welcome. The course is free, but registration is required to ensure adequate space.
