International Human Rights Day Vigil: Dignity and Justice for Immigrants
On the anniversary of the adoption of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, we will gather together for a candlelight vigil to call for dignity and justice for immigrants, refugees, and asylum seekers. Program will include peaceful prayer, song, reflection and testimony of those affected by this critical human rights issue of our era.
Transportation to the vigil will be provided to those who register. Buses will leave from the University of Dayton at 7pm and will return at approximately 10pm. Peaceful signs are welcome. A few chairs will be provided for those who need them. Water will also be available. All are welcome. Please share widely.
