Three award-winning singer-songwriters from the Ohio-based, national television series, Songs at the Center, will be performing in Franklin on Saturday, Feb. 9.
Gnezda is the creator and host of Songs at the Center, which, produced out of Columbus, has grown into a public television success over the past four years, garnering a broadcast network of more than 265 stations, including four of the nation’s top five markets. In Cincinnati, Songs at the Center airs on WCET.
Heath is a four-time Ohio Music Awards winner, while Larsen, a former firefighter, won the “People’s Choice Award” in the Nashville Songwriters Association International/Country Music Television’s annual competition.
The acoustic concert will be held in the third-floor ballroom at Pisanello’s of Franklin, 355 S. Main St., 6-9 p.m. The concert is the latest in a series of top-level touring acts presented at Pisanello’s ballroom.

Eric Gnezda is the creator and host of the American Public Television series, Songs at the Center, broadcast to more than 265 stations. A regular performer at The Bluebird Café, Eric was awarded the Ohioana Citation for Music Composition, joining Michael Feinstein (American Songbook), Jorma Kaukonen (Jefferson Airplane), and Chip Davis (Mannheim Steamroller). Craig S. Heath is a four-time Ohio Music Awards winner. Writing across genres for nearly 20 years, he has headlined shows in 25 states, and performed at Nashville’s famous venue for songwriters, The Bluebird Café. He is a multi-instrumentalist who writes for piano, guitar, mountain dulcimer, and banjo. He was raised in West Virginia and his music reflects those roots. Keith Larsen’s song, “Hold On,” won the People’s Choice Award in the Nashville Songwriters Association International/Country Music Television songwriting competition. He is a frequent participant in Nashville songwriter rounds and writing sessions. He appeared in the premiere season of Songs at the Center. Drawing from his years as a firefighter, Keith merges straightforward vocals with lyrics that resonate with simplicity, honesty and humility. Keith’s most recent CD is Made It.
