Great music, good people, and good times at Whispering Beard—August 22-24, Smale Park, Cincinnati, Ohio.
Cincinnati, OH - Music and arts festival Whispering Beard is bringing its eclectic mix of folk music and fun to Smale Park this August. Promising an atmosphere that “feels more like a family reunion than a ticketed event,” Whispering Beard packs up and moves its roots from Friendship, IN to Cincinnati for the festival’s 12th year.
Featuring 30 acts across three stages (including intimate shows on a riverboat!!!), plus plenty of food, drinks, and wiffle ball make Whispering Beard one of the more unique, affordable music experiences around. Headlining the music part of the festival will be M. Ward, Ryan Bingham, The Felice Brothers, Peter Rowan, and The Wild Reeds, with many more national and local acts rounding out the lineup. The festival is the brainchild of five friends who saw the need to bring music festivals back down to Earth a little bit.
Featured vendors for the event will be Fretboard Brewery out of Blue Ash, Eli’s BBQ, Revolution OTR and many more. Local fare meets local and national music to create a perfect blend of attractions on the Ohio River.
